If you purchased a product AFTER the date shown, it is the latest version and does not need updating. Updates only apply to products purchased BEFORE the date listed.

All updates will supplied as the full product, but in cases where only some parts have been changed, the 'parts affected' are listed. Should you have made extensive modifications to your product (for example, an avatar) you need only replace the parts listed for the update to take effect.

  • Horse Av HUD
  • Head (natural)
  • Head (bald)
  • Gallop breathing sound gets 'stuck'
  • Added 'sleep' button
INFO: The bug which meant the gallop breath sounds would get stuck on has now been replaced by a bug in which the gallop breath sound may get turned off prematurely, which is considerably less annoying. I've also added a 'sleep' animation button to the HUD.
Horse Avatar 3 May 2010
  • Head (natural)
  • Head (plaited)
  • Optional 'bald' head and mane as seperate attachment
INFO: As well as the standard head with natural mane, the avatars are now shipped with a bald head and the mane as a seperate attachment worn on the mouth. This gives you the option of easily swapping manes and should make modifications easier, but since wearing the mane seperately uses up an attachment point, there is still the option to wear the original head with mane attached.
Horse Avatar 15 Mar 2010
  • AO HUD
  • Unable to change gaits
INFO: Recent purchases of the Horse Avatar (standard and Viewer 2 versions) were shipped with an AO HUD that affected the functionality of the gait buttons. If yours work, you don't need the update!

  • Extra positioning options for rider, AO reminder
INFO: The saddle system prompts the horse to turn off their AO when they get on, as when they forget they may appear correctly on their screen but sitting down to others. The ablitiy to adjust the position of the rider on the saddle forwards and backwards has been added to help make more precise adjustments and for 3rd party saddle attachments.

  • Invisiprims for hiding avatar parts causes graphics glitch when avatar seen in front of water or alpha texture
INFO: The version 2 viewer introduced Alpha clothing parts which hide the avatar without the need for scripted invisiprims and their associated graphics problems. Whilst the effects can be seen by anybody, the replacement skin part can only be worn if you have Viewer 2.
