The horses are tucked up safe in their vendors now, but we've not totally dismissed those angry notes - we're taking a bit more care over their comfort while they're in there, and making sure they get out for some fresh air at least once a day. I'm afraid I didn't get to take as many photos as I would have liked, but I hope you enjoy them all the same. Thanks again to everyone who took part, I hope you enjoyed yourselves!

Thank you all so much for your help - we finally found all the horses and Darky's gone to round them back up. As promised, a reward of one of our rarest horses to Vida who was the first to find them all. But it was very close! Just seconds behind was Betta, and after him Bloodsong - who both get certificates as a token of my gratitude. But of course thank you to everyone who came to help us! We couldn't have done it without you.
We're chillin' (and spinning) to some awful 80s tunes in the paddock if you'd like to join us :)

Please, come quickly! While we were testing the gift card system, some nutjob managed to get in and let the horses out of the vendors! It's dark, they'll be scared, they could get lost, or hurt... please come and help us round them up! I'm offering a reward to whoever can find them all in the quickest time possible - please help bring them back safe :(

As you know we've been having a bit of trouble with people leaving silly messages. Although there's really nothing they can do beyond empty threats, I've decided it'd be sensible to close the sim tonight during when we usually hold events, partly to make sure, and partly to give me chance to check over some of the systems and vendors and make sure they're secure.
We'll be open again at 4, and since we've not had an event this weekend - and I could use cheering up! - we'll be hanging round in the paddock for a bit if you fancy joining us for a few drinks and a bit of a giggle.

Temporary Sim Closure, Saturday 3pm

After nothing happened last Saturday, I figured the note we found was just someone messing with us and that was the end of it. Anyway, I didn't want to worry anybody, but another note was left, and as a precaution I've decided to close the sim for a short time on Saturday - I thought it was only fair to let everyone know why.
Don't worry! I'm sure it's nothing, but I just thought it would be a good time to test the vendor systems and vulnerable things like the gift certificates. It's probably not a bad idea to not have strangers wandering about at the time we usually hold events, anyway.
So I'd just like to ask you to bear with us - we won't be closed for long, it's just a precaution, and I'll send a notice when we're open again. Since this is a bit of a miserable business, we'll probably have a mess around in the paddock and crack out some beer kegs and annoying gestures to cheer us up, so if you're free, do come along and join us when I give the all-clear.

Well, seems like the threat was just empty words. A group of us gathered to keep an eye on the place (thanks, everyone!) but nothing untoward happened - well, nothing that we didn't cause..! I took a few pictures and cleverly forgot to turn off the interface in shot, so enjoy my incredible photography skills:

A Warning?

Last night I logged on as my alt Tala, and overheard someone on voice saying something like "this Saturday afternoon then?" but by the time I'd cammed round to look they'd gone. I checked the active speakers list, and the only one on it was me. This could be nothing, but we're going to be hanging around this Saturday afternoon to see if anything happens.
Want to keep us company? Might as well make the most of it and have a get-together at the same time!

All good things come to an end, and so we gathered to cellebrate the close of another great market.
A big thank you to everyone who took part, and also to those who made it to the party and costume competition! Betta was voted the best in costume with his fantastic Draft Bitter party outfit and beer hat :D
